MOTORbeurs Utrecht will take place from Thursday, February 19 to Sunday, February 22, 2026 in Jaarbeurs, Utrecht.
Below you will find important practical information that is useful to know before your participation in MOTORbeurs Utrecht.

Exhibitor/stand opening hours:

  • Thursday: 07:00 - 23:00 hours
  • Friday: 08:00 - 23:00 hours
  • Saturday: 08:00 - 20:30 hours
  • Sunday: 08:00 - 23:00 (from 18:00 dismantling)

Opening hours visitors:

  • Thursday & Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

With 3,100 parking spaces, including 1,400 covered spots, Jaarbeurs offers plenty of room for your car. The parking lot features 44 charging stations and 24 designated spaces for disabled parking. Additionally, Jaarbeurs is located right next to Central Station, making it easily accessible by public transport or bicycle. From Jan. 1, 2025, the City of Utrecht will implement a zero-emission zone. A zero-emission zone is an area where only zero-emission company cars and trucks are allowed to drive, with the aim of reducing CO2 emissions. Jaarbeurs lies within the zero-emission zone and environmental zone. This means that it is not allowed to park or load and unload on our (parking) lot if your vehicle does not meet the admission requirements.
