Utrecht, December 27, 2023 - The Netherlands' largest motorcycle hall is in the starting blocks. From Thursday, February 23 to Sunday, February 26, 2023, Royal Jaarbeurs, after two editions of absence by corona, will be the meeting point for motorcyclists. Rachel Jankowsky, fair manager: "Enjoying roaring motorcycles and sharing your passion with other enthusiasts. Visitors can once again indulge in the latest motorcycles, spectacular shows and activities. Whether you are a novice or an experienced motorcyclist, this edition of the MOTORbeurs Utrecht is for every type of motorcyclist."
Five themes central: something for every type of motorcyclist
This year's fair is divided into five themes to match the needs and expectations of different types of motorcyclists. Rachel Jankowsky: "In addition to regular brands and dealer stands, the themes each take their own place. At 'Explore,' for example, visitors will discover everything for mileage, from hotel hopping in Germany to rally riding in Morocco. For those who like to tinker with their motorcycles, there is the Customizing theme, which includes special paint and pinstriping. 'Performance' focuses on speed demons and competition. Anyone who wants to get the most out of themselves and their machine has come to the right place. Community' is all about the social aspect of motorcycling together."
Seeand experience at MOTORbeurs Utrecht: from your first lessons to pimping your bike
At MOTORbeurs Utrecht there are various activities that motorcycle enthusiasts can undertake. "From a first motorcycle lesson at BOVAG to improving techniques like a real trial rider. Vake experts will also be on hand to inspire motorcycle enthusiasts on how to make their bikes even more beautiful, crazy and unique. In addition, this year a special Motor Podcast will be recorded live at the show with special guests and visitors talking to each other about their motorcycle passion," explains Rachel Jankowsky.
Introduction electric models
Within the motorcycle industry, more and more electric brands are entering the market. Established names are also introducing electric motorcycles. Rachel Jankowsky: "In the theme eMobility, innovation & sustainability, we zoom in on this. There is also attention to other developments, such as light and super strong fairing parts, made of environmentally friendly material or a special compound that no longer requires tire warmers."
New: indoor navigation with the Jaarbeurs Live app
For the first time, the organization of MOTORbeurs Utrecht is using the so-called Jaarbeurs Live app. Visitors can easily navigate the fair floor with this app. It helps them find exhibitors that match the product category they are looking for and enter into the app. This eliminates the need for a printed trade show floor plan. Moreover, the app allows them to create their own program and provides information on practical matters such as parking and tickets.
